STEP 1 - SET A GOAL   DEFINE YOUR PROJECT You need to decide exactly what you wish to accomplish. Sometimes when we start working on one thing it turns into something else entirely, and this can increase cost. Make sure you understand what you are trying to accomplish, then you can determine the best ways to go about achieving your goal.

	STEP 3 - CHOOSE YOUR COLOR SCHEME   THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGINS! A good place to start is with a list of things or colors you like. Then consider the colors you will be working around in the adjacent surroundings. The following pages will help teach you to take clues from your own surroundings in choosing the colors you decorate with.

	STEP 2 - SET YOUR COST DON'T EXCEED YOUR SPENDING LIMIT One reason so many people get discouraged with decorating is they don't set proper limits for what they are willing to spend. Without these boundaries, you may easily spend more than intended.
